Important Announcement

Like so many other institutions, Boulder Valley Christian Church is closed for at least the next two weeks due to the Coronavirus concerns. So, all Above the Bar Churchyard practices are cancelled for the next two weeks. We will restart practices as soon as the Church reopens

I will be at the Churchyard tomorrow, Sunday, from 12-1:30 to get back any poles that were checked out this week for meets.

So now you all have time to work on your inverts and pull-ups, and your high knee lift running. Get a jump on the rest of the season by using this time to get stronger and faster.
